Drop `bump-patch-for-minor-pre-major` so `feat` commits bump the minor version (0.1.0) instead of the patch version. `bump-minor-pre-major` stays on, so breaking changes remain minor bumps while pre-1.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
