[Bug] Time Tracking Organization Deletion #402

There is a silent bug happening related to deleting an organization in the time tracking area.

Steps to reproduce

• Create project and organization
• Attach organization to a project
• Go to delete the organization
• It closes the deletion window, but leaves the organization with no error show

As long as the project is linked to an organization the org can't be deleted which makes sense, however there is no error thrown if you try to delete the organization while its still attached to something.
