• Upgrade ESLint from 9.37.0 to 10.14.0 and @eslint/js to 10.0.1
• Replaces unmaintained eslint-plugin-react with @eslint-react/eslint-plugin 5.28.8 (source)
• Replace the split TypeScript ESLint parser/plugin packages with maintained typescript-eslint 8.72.1
• Update eslint-plugin-react-hooks to 7.1.1 and eslint-plugin-react-refresh to 0.5.7 for ESLint 10 compatibility
• Rewrite eslint.config.js as a native flat configuration, using @eslint-react’s recommended-type-checked preset
• Fixes 2 newly surfaced linting errors in JobCard.tsx and TeamMemberCard.test.tsx
