Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added a /pr-review command for reviewing the current pull request or branch, with code and accessibility review guidance and approval safeguards for proposed edits and public replies.
Added accessibility review guidance covering semantic HTML, ARIA interactions, Windows High Contrast Mode, 320px reflow, documentation accuracy, and automated test coverage.
Documentation
Updated maintainer and contributor guidance to clarify repository review workflows, automated review feedback, and which AI commands may be committed.
Wire code + a11y PR review and CodeRabbit triage into a shared Cursor
command, and document the workflow in AGENTS.md for branch/PR reviews.
Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
This change adds a maintainer PR review command and an accessibility review skill. It updates repository guidance and the skills catalog to direct maintainers to these resources. It also removes a source attribution from the component-selection skill.

Summary
Review command and CodeRabbit handling .cursor/commands/pr-review.md
The command defines PR and branch review scope, report-only code review requirements, CodeRabbit feedback handling, and final response requirements.
Repository guidance directs maintainers to the command and accessibility skill. It distinguishes library-source reviews from consumer reviews and permits committed shared commands under .cursor/commands/.
Update the Storybook Review entry before merging so maintainers are not routed to the consumer skill for Canvas Kit source reviews.

If we make the changes above, then the #3 here could become:
3. **CodeRabbit** — for each thread: proposed fix + reply (awaiting approval), proposed dismissal +
reply (awaiting approval), applied and replied (after approval), skipped/waiting, or "requested
`@coderabbitai review` — re-run later".
Do not apply CodeRabbit fixes or post thread replies before the user approves the plan table.
But this assumes someone re-runs /pr-review after the PR is opened and CodeRabbit has finished its review.
The reason will be displayed to describe this comment to others. Learn more.
@sheelah Yes. The proposed wording makes the approval requirement clear. Thanks for the guidance.
The rerun requirement should also be explicit. Add this to the branch-only and review-requested paths:
CodeRabbit triage requires a PR with completed CodeRabbit feedback. After opening
the PR and waiting for CodeRabbit to finish, re-run `/pr-review`. The command does
not resume automatically.
On that run, present the CodeRabbit plan table for approval. Do not apply fixes
or post thread replies until the user approves the plan.
Section 4 must use the same approval requirement. Updating section 5 alone would leave conflicting instructions to apply fixes and reply immediately.

Learning: In Workday/canvas-kit, the maintainer `/pr-review` workflow in `.cursor/commands/pr-review.md` should present a CodeRabbit plan table for user approval before applying CodeRabbit fixes or posting thread replies. Its final report should distinguish proposed actions awaiting approval from actions applied and replied to after approval.
Note: Learnings are effective only in the context of similar code segments. To apply general coding guidelines, please configure review instructions. You can manage existing learnings in the app.

Retain the source attribution notice.
modules/mcp/lib/skills/canvas-component-selection.md is copied into the published dist package. The removed Source: line is an attribution notice for this skill, so Apache-2.0 Section 4(c) requires retaining it unless it does not pertain to the derivative work. It directly identifies the source of the distributed skill and therefore does not qualify for that exception.

Updated in 3b7e53d. AGENTS.md now matches section 4 of .cursor/commands/pr-review.md: verify each CodeRabbit finding, present planned fixes and replies, and apply or reply only after approval. Also dropped the unused /code-review alias and pointed the a11y skill description at /pr-review.
Left the canvas-component-selection source line removed. That line named the internal design/sana-canvas-ai-tooling repo, which this PR already stripped from published skill text.
The maintainer summary still told agents to apply CodeRabbit fixes and reply immediately, which conflicts with the command. Require verification and approval first, drop the unused /code-review alias, and name /pr-review in the a11y skill description.

skills/sana-canvas-kit-review/SKILL.md is a changed consumer skill. AGENTS.md:383-385 requires the Storybook catalog table to be updated when a consumer skill changes. The unchanged Review row does not state that the skill applies only to consumer-app diffs, so maintainers browsing Storybook can select it for Canvas Kit source reviews instead of /pr-review.
