The "release" badge in the README showed no releases or repo not found for two reasons:

  • it queried the old XOOPS/XoopsCore repository instead of XOOPS/XoopsCore26
  • shields.io's github/release badge ignores pre-releases, and the only release so far, v2.6.0-alpha1, is a pre-release

The badge now uses github/v/release/XOOPS/XoopsCore26?include_prereleases and links to this repository's releases page. It renders release: v2.6.0-alpha1.

The Scrutinizer coverage and quality badges still point at the XoopsCore project; they show current numbers, so they are unchanged.

Summary by Sourcery

Bug Fixes:

  • Update the README release badge to display prereleases from the XoopsCore26 repository and link to its releases page.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated the README’s Latest Version badge to show releases, including prereleases, from the XOOPS/XoopsCore26 repository.

The badge still queried the old XOOPS/XoopsCore repository and skipped
pre-releases, so it showed "no releases or repo not found". Use
XoopsCore26 and include pre-releases, so it shows v2.6.0-alpha1.
