Repeated searches rebuild the authorized search scope and ingest ledger lookups slow down as the store grows. This round adds versioned, scope-isolated search caching and covering indexes while preserving ranking and revision activation behavior.

It also skips graph seed work when disabled, preserves timestamps after migrations, retries document admission back-pressure and lets the SDK/CLI wait for searchable documents, permits zero RRF weights, moves scrypt off the event loop, and records projection claim timestamps.

Validation:

• Full Sol and Opus gates pass at ad3d82b; 1818 core tests passed and 10 MCP tests passed.
• Opus verdict: READY. Ranking, invalidation, tenant isolation, migration and ingestion scaling checks pass.
• Fresh pre-merge full gate PASS at ad3d82b: lock, sync, lint, mypy, layer imports, full local tests and MCP tests.
• All 24 GitHub checks completed successfully or were intentionally skipped; no failures.

Recorded non-blocking follow-ups: clearer document wait timeout/failure feedback, narrower search lock scope with models enabled, and documenting the cache environment switch.
