Prepare v0.9.1 after rounds 13 and 14. Synchronize package/lock/MCP/SDK/Compose/OpenAPI/current-doc versions and consolidate CHANGELOG with upgrade guidance and benchmark limitations.
Validation at e2f984d: 37 focused tests passed; metadata preflight passed; wheel and sdist built and passed Twine. Full local v0.9.1-release gate PASS (1860 local tests, 10 optional MCP tests; lock/sync/lint/types/layers PASS). GitHub CI run 41322752393 and external gates 41322752428 PASS. No functional behavior or dependency version changes.
GitHub release draft and wheel/sdist/SHA256 assets are prepared. Publication awaits an owner decision on the signed-tag requirement because no local GPG signing key is configured. PyPI trusted-publisher setup is not confirmed. Production certification remains NO-GO.
