This code is a Python based function which will create a basic visualizer for a character's name, strength, intelligence and charisma. It will check conditions as such Name - Not empty and under 10 characters and is a string. it will also check is there are spaces in the name. Stats - it will check if the stats are more than 1 and less than 4. also initial total should be 7 not more nor less.
