Improve error handling and logging

Yes, it is. I'm trying to debug, but all I see is:

which tells me nothing. This is either not the error - client disconnected, or it is the error missing info. Either way, we must improve it to enable proper debugging.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

We need more elaborate logs, or to remove or not treat these types of logs as an ERROR level.
