What type of PR is this?

This is a documentation update because it brings the website's hardware pages in line with the current hardware-docs and quarc repos.

What does this do?

• A0: removes the deprecated Base Board and presents A0 as the ESP32-C6 board plus plug-in modules (SIM7080G, WMBUS, E07-400M10S, MikroE Click), matching the new docs.
• Hardware docs links: repoints s0-gateway/s1-gateway to a0/a1 in the header nav and product pages.
• A1 / hardware / IIoT pages: copy updated to the module-based architecture.
• Quarc: aligns the page with the repo — v1 is an FPGA prototype split across BeagleV-Fire (Step 1, crypto in C) and ULX3S (Step 2), corrects the GitHub/license link (Apache-2.0 + CERN-OHL-P), fixes the roadmap (two-step, EAL4+), and adds a compact v1 platform section.
