Adds --retain-private-events for future diagnostic trials, forwarded equally to both arms. Local JSONL only: 4 MiB bound, mode 0600, create-only/no-symlink writes, and metadata-only receipts. Default behavior is unchanged. Timeout and parser failures retain collected evidence. Historical trials remain unchanged.
Verification: 39 focused/regression tests, full local suite 818 tests in 37.686s, graph rebuilt, whitespace clean. No live model/API calls or release.
