Add the Moka Pot

Adds a fifth brewing method — and the first one in the guide that is not a filter.

• New screen at /method/moka-pot: steam-pressure recipe, a five-step schedule that ends on "stop at the gurgle", and its own brew timer at /brew/moka-pot.
• Linked from the Methods list, below French Press.
• Falls out onto two existing screens: Compare gains a fourth row, and the Grind guide's fine band finally has a method against it.

The screenmap run should pick up the new screen plus the three it changes.
