Replaces /grind with a new /water screen, and points the compare tab's call to action at it.

  • Added /water — temperature bands with the methods that sit in each, plus what calcium, bicarbonate and chlorine each do to the cup.
  • Removed /grind — grind size already appears on every method screen and in the compare table, so the standalone guide was a third copy.
  • Changed /compare — the call to action at the bottom now leads to Water.

Grind size is already on every method screen and in the compare table, so the
standalone guide repeated what the app said elsewhere. Water is the part the
app never covered: temperature bands, what the minerals do, and why filtering
chlorine comes before anything else.
