The SQL section in sections/08-InterviewQuestions.md was empty. This adds 10 SQL Q&As in the same numbered format as the APIs section (joins, window functions, WHERE vs HAVING, NULL behavior, indexing, slow-query triage), with a source link to a free question bank at the end. Happy to adjust or trim the link if you prefer.
