add to gotify server...

Hi, I have an existing gotify server created with the following docker compose file......

services:
  app:
    image: gotify/server-arm64
    restart: unless-stopped
    ports:
      - 7777:80
    environment:
      - TZ='Europe/London'
      - GOTIFY_SERVER_SSL_ENABLED=false
    volumes:
      - ./:/app/data

The server is accessed via nginxproxymanager using a FQDN address https://mygotifyserver.com

If I was to append the text below to above and rerun docker compose, would that enable me to access my gotify notifications on IOS devices please?

Yes when you follow the wiki and please rename the service name in compose from app to igotify, because the Gotify service has already the name app in the compose.

thanks, just thinking is it ok they both point to - ./:/app/data ?

normaly they don't have any restricting files, but for save you can use a different volumes

both containers up ok, but when i goto http://localhost:7778/login and put in the password in .env file it loads up for a second then goes back to login screen? thnx

• After the update, a generated password will be displayed only once in the application logs.
• The password will not be shown again unless the api-password.hash file is deleted from /data/secure.
• If the file is removed, a new password will be generated automatically on the next startup.

The password for the igotify Assistent gui is generated separately
