Maintenance review: the diff is additive (maintenance12 feature/property structs, enum/constants, matching upstream C headers, and registry provenance). No existing signatures or layouts are changed. The exact head has passing Linux/macOS/Windows CI with no failed steps or review objections. Additional local checks passed: six ergonomic test files with TinyCC, strict pinned-V3 frontend, GCC raw Vulkan instance smoke, validation-layer lifecycle on GTX 1060, and a Torus Trooper build/GPU startup against this snapshot with matching bundled headers. The raw TinyCC/C-Volk smoke has the same runtime failure on the existing default branch, so that is not a regression from this update. This merge updates master only; no package release/tag is being created.
