Summary

• Preserve concrete struct pointer types in handwritten count-only queries, avoiding v3: voidptr passed to imported mut struct parameter creates a copy (lost writes / null dereference) vlang/v#31480 without changing generated bindings or API signatures.
• Preinclude the pinned Volk/core header so an earlier GLFW/system include cannot lock in an older Vulkan header snapshot under V3.
• Add a consumer-header ordering regression probe and a current-V3 GPU lifecycle CI check.

Verification

• Current V3 f7afd8eadc74d7937eaa8938305bab3195bdc8df: six ergonomic test files, native TinyCC lifecycle with validation on GTX 1060, and header-order regression passed.
• The header-order test fails against the original module and passes after the change.
• Stable V/TinyCC lifecycle and header-order regression also pass.
• Current V3 examples now compile without changing system headers; the fixed consumers run successfully with this dependency checkout.
• Native compiler/dependency pins, semantic version and generated binding files are unchanged. No release requested.
