Redesign the Setloom page as a playable score - #24

The page is now a five-line staff that scrolling plays. The hero engraves the name on the staff and plays it as the visitor scrolls; the masthead becomes a transport with a bar counter; the loop is a ring taken one step at a time under lights down; the footer ends on a final barline. The copy answers the questions people and agents ask about Setloom: what it is, how it works, what it can do, what music it has made, what it needs, how to install it, and how it differs from Suno and Udio. Every visible fact is mirrored in the JSON-LD (software, how-to, FAQ, five music recordings) and in llms.txt. Facts were rechecked against the Setloom repository and the live SoundCloud and Bandcamp pages. Also new: the Bone and Acid palette in light and dark, a hand-drawn animated icon set, Outward Block self-hosted with its OFL licence, and a social card and favicon drawn on the staff. No audio plays on the page.
