docs: close stage 34, and say in the roadmap what the phase file says - #46

Stage 34's plan is consumed: every decision it held already lives in the contract, the composer spec and the conversation-chrome spike, so it is deleted and the phase file's entry says what the stage delivered, which frames the user reviewed, and that they reviewed the activity line in their own terminal. The spike and the branding plan stop pointing at the deleted plan. The roadmap row still called stage 28 in progress; its plan and the phase file both say every slice is implemented and it awaits the user's terminal test, as stage 16 does, and the row now says so.

Stage 34, slice 5: the plan is consumed and deleted. Every decision it held already lives in the contract, the composer spec (COM-4, COM-5) and the conversation-chrome spike; the phase file's entry now says what the stage delivered, links the band frames the user reviewed, and records that they reviewed the activity line in their own terminal. The spike and the stage 10 plan stop pointing at the deleted plan.
The roadmap row said stage 28 was in progress while its plan and the phase file both say it awaits the user's terminal test, as stage 16 does; the row now matches the phase file.
