What

Consolidates the context the next task loads.

  • Phase 04 says what is true: each finished stage names what it delivered, its spec, and what it left open, without the validation logs git and the PRs already hold. 34.8 KB → 14 KB, under its budget. Frames only it cited move to their specs' evidence files (markdown, selection-and-copy, status-line, transcript-entry, transcript-layout); the stale "current work on the composer's rule" rejection moves beside COM-5. Stages 16 and 28 read as awaiting the user's terminal test, matching their plans. Stage 13 no longer claims the conversation has no box.
  • The contract stops restating mechanism its specs own, as the user approved from a side-by-side proposal: the activity line keeps its rule, labels and rejections while COM-5 takes the mark, its colours, the quiet threshold and the drop order; diffs and the agent strip point at transcript-entry and interaction-routing. The palette's role count reads eighteen in both places. 41.5 KB → 40.8 KB; the user chose to keep the rest over its advisory budget.

Verified

Local: citations, frames, typos, doc budget report, and the pre-commit gates. Documents only. CI not yet observed.

…specs that own it

The phase file carried each finished stage's validation log: test counts, base commits, review
notes and which PR owned CI. Git and the PRs already hold that, so each stage now says what is true
and what it left open, pointing at its spec. The frames only the phase file cited move to their
specs' evidence files, and the one stale rejection it held, current work on the composer's rule,
moves beside COM-5. The phase file falls from 34.8 KB to 14 KB, under its budget.

The contract restated mechanism its specs own. The activity line keeps its rule, labels and
rejections while COM-5 takes the mark, its colours, the quiet threshold and the order readings
drop; diffs and the agent strip point at the specs that already state their roles and keys. The
palette's role count is one number, eighteen. The user chose to keep the rest of the contract as
it is, over its advisory budget: what remains is rules and their recorded decisions.
