feat(tui): let the activity mark grow from a point, turn, and spin out - #49

Conversation
The user found the mark rigid: it changed shape at one size, in even steps, back along its own path. It now grows from a dot into a circle, turns into a rounded square and a square, spins into a diamond and shrinks away through a smaller one, passing quickly through the small shapes and lingering on the whole ones. The frames hold unequal numbers of the motion clock's phases, 24 in all, so the cycle is still 1.6 s and the clock is unchanged. Every glyph is from the Nerd Font's Material Design family, whose small and medium sizes share one centre, so growing does not shake. While approval waits the mark stands still as the whole circle, since the first frame is too small to be seen waiting. The user chose H from four kitty previews of livelier variants; the spike records the candidates, the measured glyph sizes and centres, and keeps the preview. Frame fixtures change only in the mark's phase-zero glyph.

What
The activity mark was rigid: one size, even steps, retracing its path. It now grows from a dot into a circle, turns into a rounded square and a square, spins into a diamond and shrinks away through a smaller one, quick through the small shapes and lingering on the whole ones. Seven frames hold unequal numbers of the motion clock's phases, 24 in all, so the cycle stays 1.6 s on the unchanged clock. While approval waits it stands still as the whole circle.
The user chose H in kitty from livelier variants of their earlier pick; the conversation-chrome spike records the candidates, why the others lost, and the measured glyph sizes and centres in their font (the family has no filled shape between 461 and 750 units, so growth comes in steps), and keeps the preview as
mockups/mark-lively.py. COM-5 and the motion grammar describe the new mark.Verified
Local: TUI tests 547 passed, including MOT-2 for every frame and the cycle test that checks each frame's hold; clippy, fmt, file length, citations, frames, typos, and
scripts/smoke-tui.py. The 32 changed frame rows each differ in exactly one character, the phase-zero glyph. The user watched it in the real binary against a silent loopback model. CI not yet observed.
