v2 is NVIDIA's English checkpoint. NVIDIA publishes it only as a .nemo file, which transformers cannot load directly, so the recipe sources it from a conversion to the Hugging Face format. The asset metadata hardcoded v3's name, author and source URL. Those now come from a per-model table that also supplies the --model choices, so a v2 asset credits NVIDIA's original model. v3's metadata is unchanged. Closes #163
Type of Change
Motivation and Context
Adds NVIDIA's English
parakeet-tdt-0.6b-v2(CC-BY-4.0) alongside v3, as discussed in #163. No Swift changes: the runtime reads the vocabulary, blank ID and durations from the bundle's metadata.NVIDIA publishes v2 only as a
.nemofile, whichtransformerscannot load directly, so the recipe uses a conversion to the Hugging Face format atrahulrachuri/parakeet-tdt-0.6b-v2. If you would rather not list a personal repository, I am happy to change the source. Exported assets credit NVIDIA's original model.export.pypreviously hardcoded v3's name, author and source URL in the asset metadata. These now come from a per-model table that also supplies the--modelchoices. v3's metadata is unchanged.Sample runtime output
