Merge only after the Vercel variables are renamed (docs/deployment/vercel-env-rename.md). - core/config.py: no NOMETRIA_ env source, no NOMETRIA_CONFIG / nometria.toml / [nometria]; env() reads only AGENTFOX_. Leftover legacy names are still noticed: one startup warning naming each ignored setting, and agentfox doctor's 'legacy names' line. - core/headers.py and the gateway's legacy-header middleware removed; correlation, SDK and FastAPI middleware read only x-agentfox-*. - evidence verify script, demo kit, demos, quickscan.sh, dashboard lib/env.ts: no NOMETRIA_ fallback (the dashboard warns once per ignored variable). - Docs, plugins, deploy comments and CHANGELOG (Removed) updated.
Merge claude/key-rotation, then remove every remaining pre-rename path: the NOMETRIA_* environment fallback and its warnings, the doctor legacy-names line, nometria.toml, the dashboard env fallback, the demo kit's NOMETRIA_DATABASE_* names and the one-time NOMETRIA_ key bridge. Generic *_PREVIOUS key rotation stays. Breaking: session cookie agentfox_session, LangGraph state key __agentfox__, OPA policy ids agentfox_<policy>, detector entity SECRET.AGENTFOX_KEY.
