Summary

• Upgrade the Next.js example, Vercel AI SDK example, and generated Next.js template to patched AI SDK 6, provider adapters, Next.js, and React.
• Migrate chat hooks and UI-message streaming while preserving the plain-text endpoint and Chat Completions provider behavior.
• Add standalone lockfiles, mocked multi-turn/error/context regression tests, and CI for both examples and freshly generated apps.

Validation

• 20 route, streaming, and scaffold tests passed locally.
• Both examples and a generated template pass type checks, production builds, and npm audits with zero findings.
• Browser checks cover selection, mocked conversation history, and error recovery. No live provider calls or API keys were used.
• No package version bump; this changes examples and the next scaffold release.

Added separate fixes for scaffold test discovery and SDK 6 documentation. React/Vue/Svelte examples now use the shared UI-message stream and capture context at send time; live context updates are explicitly described as an application-owned multi-step pattern, not retroactive changes to a running model call. Docs build, extracted tsc/vue-tsc/svelte-check checks, and a seven-client Vite build passed. Rendered docs and code tabs were opened in the browser. A live-provider run and runtime exercise of the custom context-update endpoint were not performed. Refreshed against main after the Angular security upgrade.
