Verdict: approve. The reusable workflow reference and redline-ref input move together to the same full commit SHA. The change preserves the existing event guards and read-only permissions.

Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs to askalf/ci@7456344, the main commit that last changed the review or the fix (main 2026-10-05, askalf/ci#12). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.
