I did notice a MacOS failure with DMD, but I didn't implement a fix for this because it was a problem moreso with DMD than with Unit Threaded. |

Encountered some issues on Windows:
removePackagelooks for the Linux file name "/package.d" for sanitization.writeUtMainFileassumes a leading / (POSIX). On Windows this slices into the middle of drive/UNC roots.dubFilesToAbsPathsrunsremovePackagebeforebuildNormalizedPath, so the package-suffix check uses an unnormalized path.I fixed these 3 and added tests for
removePackageanddefaultUtMainPath(the latter with Windows-specific cases for drive/UNC roots).
