…in README discloses what it reads, writes and sends session-end.sh was the one hook without the adoption test, so a user-wide install created .claude/state/ in every repo opened. The plugin README gains the disclosure section Anthropic's directory scan looks for, and absolute image URLs (the listing gets only the plugin folder).
