Summary

Write tools for the Invited Researchers models added in basedosdados/backend#1106 (deployed to staging and production):

  • create_update_researcher: name, position and description (pt/en/es), multiple affiliations (affiliation_ids), PhD institution and year, public email, website, LinkedIn, Google Scholar, Lattes, ORCID, themes, and an optional Data Basis account.
  • create_update_invited_researcher_term: researcher, cohort label (2027.1), start and end dates. The end date defaults to start + 2 years on the backend.
  • create_update_journal: name, abbreviation, ISSN/E-ISSN, publisher, website.
  • create_update_research_paper: title, author string, researchers, datasets (shown in the dataset page's Research Papers tab), journal, publication status, year/volume/issue/pages, DOI, URL, Google Scholar, abstract.

lookup_id now also accepts researcher and journal. The README tool table is updated.

Updates send only the fields passed. The backend keeps fields left out of a mutation, so a partial update does not clear existing values.

Test plan

  • ruff check, ruff format --check and pyrefly check pass.
  • Mutation names and input fields checked against the staging schema via introspection.
  • Used against staging to create two organizations (Monash, Northwestern), a researcher and an invited-researcher term. The entry renders on staging.basedosdados.org/invited-researchers in pt/en/es.

…earch paper tools

New write tools for the Invited Researchers models added in
basedosdados/backend#1106:

- create_update_researcher (translated position/description, multiple
affiliations, PhD institution, links, themes, optional account)
- create_update_invited_researcher_term (cohort label like 2027.1; end
date defaults to start + 2 years on the backend)
- create_update_journal
- create_update_research_paper (researchers, datasets, journal, status,
  DOI)

lookup_id now also accepts "researcher" and "journal".

O CI do repo nunca rodou. `astral-sh/setup-uv@v9` não resolve — a action
publica tags flutuantes de major só até `v7`; de `v8` em diante existem apenas
as tags exatas (`v9.0.0`, `v10.2.0`, …). O job morre no `Set up job`, antes de
qualquer passo:

Unable to resolve action `astral-sh/setup-uv@v9`, unable to find version `v9`
