Restores the logo and rewrites the README around what Toolstack is, what it is for (personal/homelab infrastructure), why it exists, what it is not (no customer-facing or multi-tenant scaling), how the pieces fit, where and how to run it, and links to the detailed docs. Release-gate notes moved out; they live in the release notes and security contracts.
