test(nushell): reedline worktree tab-completion test fails on nu 0.116.1 #83

Problem

nushell_reedline_inserts_and_executes_quoted_worktree_paths (tests/worktree_space_cross_shell.rs:176) fails locally on every run, while CI passes.

AssertionError: {'buffer': 'cd -jw', 'cwd': ".../cj-nu-worktree-tab-pty-<pid>-0/repo with a ' quote 雪 [dir] $()/nested", 'history': []}

The PTY sends cd -jw<Tab>, but the buffer is never completed to the quoted worktree path, so assert str(repo) in row["buffer"] fails.

Evidence

The test is deterministic locally (not flaky), and the failure is independent of #81 / #82.

Likely cause

A reedline / completion behaviour change between nu 0.115 and 0.116 (completer not invoked, or the -jw flag completion handled differently). Not yet confirmed.

Impact

• The pre-commit cargo test hook fails on any machine with nu >= 0.116, which forced SKIP=test for fix(shell): fall back to builtin cd when helpers are missing #82.
• Users on nu 0.116 may have broken cd -jw<Tab> completion in the nushell integration.

Acceptance

• Reproduce with nu 0.116.1 and identify the change.
• Fix the nushell integration (or the test, if only the PTY harness is affected) so it passes on both 0.115.x and 0.116.x.
• Consider bumping the pinned CI nu version so CI catches this.
