Add `--no-setup-key-binding` to omit the widget while preserving the `cd` wrapper and worktree Tab completion. Retain `--setup-key-binding` as a compatibility no-op and reject conflicting or init-only flag misuse. Update Bash, Zsh, Nushell, and PowerShell completions and document migration. BREAKING CHANGE: `cj init` now installs configured directory bindings by default. Closes #47 Refs #44 #45 #46

Guard binding registration so repeated default initialization remains quiet in noninteractive Bash scripts. Add a modern Bash regression for repeated initialization and keep reload registration coverage interactive. Validated 123 local tests with Bash 5, Zsh, Nu, and PowerShell, plus Windows-target Clippy.
