feat(navigation): support counted ticker navigation - #79

Add counted forms such as `^2` and `v3` for configured tickers across Bash, Zsh, Nushell, and PowerShell while preserving native logical path behavior. Validate positive decimal counts from 1 to 2147483647, safely cap upward navigation at the filesystem root, and require sufficient history before atomically navigating back. Preserve real-directory precedence over ticker parsing. Document count bounds, precedence, root behavior, and strict history semantics. Refs #78
Verify counted and repeated ticker equivalence across Bash 3, modern Bash, Zsh, Nu, and PowerShell. Cover root capping, exact parent history, atomic invalid and backward failures, decimal, newline, and overflow validation, directory and resolver precedence, and logical symlinks with an unexported PWD. Closes #78
