Settings accents now reach Composer focus colors, native controls, chrome tints, and Mermaid diagrams that are already open. Remove legacy Send overrides so its softer accent fill survives stylesheet reloads while retaining its existing shape and target size.

Expanded grouped tabs keep their rounded hover, selected, and keyboard-focus highlights clear of the continuous group rail, with trailing actions aligned.

Validation:

• Real Settings preset changes, persistence, portal colors, and retained drafts/carets in light and dark modes.
• Mermaid accent updates, readable labels/borders, authored colors, and expanded-view geometry/focus.
• Grouped-tab geometry, Composer focus, shared-control contrast, and normal/narrow layouts.
• Design-system audit, TypeScript checks, and production client build.
