closes SDK-625

  • Handle Eve 0.72’s new tool events so tool calls appear in Braintrust traces again, including inputs, outputs, errors, and timing.
  • Nest tool calls under the tool that invoked them, keeping delegated agent calls connected to the same trace.
  • Keep support for older Eve versions without recording the same tool execution twice.
