Favorites page is not letting me switch in between content levels

It seems that the content level + source picker is being shoved into the top of the UI, covering it up with the title on my phone. It's still sort of clickable, but it's not visible at all. You'd have to click a tiny visible sliver between the header and the images.

Thanks for the report. I'll get this fixed. In the meantime, turning on Staggered Grid (Settings > Appearance and behaviour) should work around the issue.
