Add api interfaces for additional remote chain facilities

Right now, phantoms only support the iquidus api. Some chains don't have an iquidus explorer, so adding additional support would be useful. Proposed additional API bridges are:

• insight
• bulwark
• cryptoid.info
• coinexplorer.net
• direct RPC
