Adds @keenable/pi-search to Web Access & Search, after webfox, in both README.en.md and README.md (Chinese). I regenerated mcp/catalog.snapshot.json with bun run export-catalog.

- [@keenable/pi-search](https://pi.dev/packages/@keenable/pi-search) - Keenable web search and page fetch as native tools (`keenable_search`, `keenable_fetch`). Keyless by default on a rate-limited public tier; `KEENABLE_API_KEY` lifts the hourly cap. `pi install npm:@keenable/pi-search`

What it is: a Pi package published by Keenable. It registers two native tools: keenable_search (web search over Keenable's own index) and keenable_fetch (a URL as clean Markdown). It works with no key on the shared public tier. Setting KEENABLE_API_KEY removes the hourly cap. Docs: https://docs.keenable.ai/integrations/pi

Link: the source lives in a non-public monorepo, so the entry links to the package's pi.dev page (200), the same way @ollama/pi-web-search does. The tool names were checked against the published npm tarball (v0.1.2).

Checks: bun test tests/catalog.test.ts tests/directory.test.ts tests/public-catalog.test.ts gives 38 pass, 0 fail, including "the committed MCP snapshot matches the catalog". The snapshot diff also picks up the latest committed stats.json values for other packages, which is what export-catalog writes.

The entry doesn't claim official Pi status.

@bubbleptr when you have a moment, could you take a look? One package added to Web Access & Search in both READMEs, and the snapshot is regenerated. Thanks!
