feat: store credentials in ~/.timebound-iam/credentials - #5

Move credential files from OS temp dir to ~/.timebound-iam/credentials/ to avoid long paths on macOS (/var/folders/.../T/timebound-iam-*/...). The directory is created with 0700 permissions on first use.
