Stacked on #1052 - review that first; this branch contains its commit.

Connected accounts are told apart by a coloured dot whose hue comes from hashing the address, and that hash collides: two accounts out of a handful can land on the same colour and become indistinguishable in the switcher and in any list tinted by account.

Each account can now carry a picture, centred and resized to 128px in the browser, and a colour chosen by hand. Both appear wherever the account does - switcher, rail, sidebar groups, settings list - and the colour drives the interface accent for the account being viewed.

A hand-picked colour outside the built-in palette used to fall back to a grey row tint; it now maps onto the nearest palette tint by hue, so a custom colour stays visible in aggregate lists.

The picture never leaves the browser: it is stored with the account registry, not sent to the mail server.

In the unified view each row can be shaded with its account colour
instead of carrying an account dot, behind a layout setting. Tags keep
their own generated hue on their chips.
