Subscription-CLI chat turns are never written to the knowledge graph: no Turn/Session nodes, no capture filter, no memory promotion, no context recall, no verifier
byte5ai/omadia#1391 · opened on Oct 12, 2026
Usage dashboard says it records "every LLM call", but non-streamed orchestrator turns (routines, scheduled runs, ChatAgent.chat()) and plugin ctx.llm calls write no token_usage rows

Usage dashboard: "Cost over time" chart renders no bars (every bar is 0 px tall)
byte5ai/omadia#1388 · opened on Oct 12, 2026
/system shows no status for the credential-keychain master key: a keychain key read from the dev file is only reported in the boot log, and the vault card says "production" when only VAULT_KEY is set

Middleware exits on boot when Postgres is not reachable yet and crash-loops until the database is back

/system is titled "Platform health" but shows only vault metadata, and no UI page shows the middleware /health status
byte5ai/omadia#1385 · opened on Oct 12, 2026
Dashboard during a Postgres outage blames the middleware, shows failed fetches as empty states ("No plugins installed yet") and sends the operator to the update page; the database is never mentioned
byte5ai/omadia#1384 · opened on Oct 12, 2026
Plugin Hub footer shows a hard-coded omadia · v1 instead of the running version, and the plugin detail footer has an untranslated Manifest: Schema v1

web-ui /health reports no version, and the Compose web-ui service has no healthcheck
byte5ai/omadia#1382 · opened on Oct 12, 2026
Failed release lookups are never cached: while GitHub is unreachable or rate-limited, every poll of /admin/update makes another request to GitHub
byte5ai/omadia#1381 · opened on Oct 12, 2026
Manual update command on /admin/update (OMADIA_VERSION=… docker compose up -d) drops every overlay, so the middleware loses the overlay env

Refused update triggers always show the generic "The update could not be started: POST /v1/admin/update failed: 4xx" instead of their specific message

Update page says "This instance is running the latest release" when the release lookup failed and "Latest release" shows "unknown"
