Updates all vendored Connect SDK snapshots and lock metadata to the exact beta63 release commit (
b1ba9e676c4064f6291426bade3fb7c7850716ca).Verified locally:
pnpm verify: format, typecheck, lint, 397 tests with coverage gates, 4,983 conformance cases, manifest validation, and production buildStaging-only deployment and live Connect testing follow this PR update. Production remains frozen.
