Implements TaskNotes 0.3.0-rc.2 attachment references in @tasknotes/model 0.3.0-rc.7, including mapped read/write behavior, path-safe canonicalization, validation, occurrence inheritance, mdbase schemas and link indexing, and package exports. Depends on the tasknotes-spec rc.2 contract PR. Validation: npm test; npm run test:package; official TaskNotes adapter conformance (4,980 fixtures).
