Added a Cloud-only guest file-path guard so upload and download reject URL delimiters/control characters before connecting to a VM; local filenames keep their existing behavior. Verified 14 provider tests, the offline suite (222 passed, 1 skipped), Ruff, Black, a live Cloud provider upload/download and rejected-path check with SDK 1.26.1, and a live local SDK roundtrip of an odd filename. This PR remains draft pending smol-machines/smol#273 and its Python package release for local listing/labels. |

Add an optional Smol Machines provider for local and Cloud sandboxes, pending the Python SDK fix in smol-machines/smol#273 and its release.
