如何防止防火墙的POODLE ATTACK? #1

我在Conoha的VPS上跑
一开始好好地速度比SS还快
过了不久就无法使用了我用wireshark抓包才发现原来的TLS 1.2变成了SSLv3
请问有没有任何方案来解决这个问题?
