Problem

  • Managers cannot check what a client sees, and client settings are scattered across production settings.
  • Production settings have outgrown their tab bar.

Solution

  • Add a Clients tab to production settings. It holds the preview account (create, regenerate password, open 1 hour or block, delete, copy credentials), client isolation, client-allowed statuses, the for_client metadata toggles and the team's clients. The open state flips once the hour is up, a failed load offers no create button, and the tab is read-only on phones.
  • Move the client isolation toggle out of the Parameters tab.
  • Replace the settings tabs with a side panel menu grouped into Production and Workflow, opened from the tab query when it names a known tab.
  • Show a read-only banner and skip Sentry reports when the logged-in user is a preview account.
  • Skip team ids missing from personMap when importing a team, since the preview account is not listed in people.
  • Needs [persons] Add a free read-only preview client account per production zou#1290.

The open state compared the window end with the time of the first
render, so an open card stayed green and kept its Block button after
zou had closed the preview login.

The mount hook and a watcher both read the tab query, and an unknown
