Problem

  • Removing a task type from a production silently keeps its tasks.
  • The asset list still shows a removed task type that an asset type workflow lists.

Solution

  • On removal, tell how many tasks remain and offer to delete them.
  • Show only the task types of the production in the asset list.

Goes with cgwire/zou#1292

An asset type workflow can list a task type the production no longer
has. The asset list kept its column, while the asset creation, the
production settings, and the schedule leave that task type out.

Accept only the production task types the workflow lists, the rule the
asset creation follows.
Removing a task type from a production silently keeps its tasks. The
asset list and the schedule no longer show them, so a task type added
by mistake left tasks nobody could reach from there.

When tasks remain, the removal now tells how many and can delete them
first, once the task type name is typed.
A task type without a schedule bar of its own gets a placeholder with no
id, so its removal sent DELETE /schedule-items/undefined.
