This should only get merged after 2.60+ core releases are out which fully drop XCHATMAIL and XDELTAPUSH dependency. In fact, 2.58 core releases are already quite fine without the capabilities but 2.60+ will remove the last traces. Worst case, older app versions than 2.58 will not register their encrypted device token.
