CODEOWNERS에는 현재 운영진 7명을 지정하고 CI와 배포의 Node 버전을.nvmrc의 24로 맞춥니다.main에 PR·CODEOWNER 1명 승인·검사 통과를 요구하는 ruleset JSON은 disabled 초안으로 포함했습니다.
