Cuts
CLAUDE.mdfrom 1096 to 405 words (36% of the original). It keeps what an agent cannot derive and would get wrong without: commands, repo-specific constraints and gotchas. It drops rules the maintainer's global instructions already carry, history and origin stories, and detail the code or workflows already state.Kept because other files cite it:
crates/ocync-sync/tests/sync_cache.rs.CLAUDE.mdfiles, whichbench/README.mdpoints into.The file carried two versions of the local gate, one without
--locked. The survivor matches the commands in.github/workflows/ci.yml. No markdown lint is configured here, so none was run.
