Add: Change theme

Added a feature (not created a pr for that) in Account page where user can select the theme light or dark from the bottom drawer
i needed some guidance like how to proceed further

1. like change all text , view component to custom ThemedText,ThemedView component in order to fully make the screens compatible with theme
2. what colors should we use for light mode ,(changing colors palette )
